The second floor is ideal for older children and teenagers - low beam on staircase.

     This centrally heated property is available for letting all year including short breaks out of season. Lettings will normally be Sun to Sun but flexibility is available off peak. Linen is not provided. All beds have duvets

Access Statement

The house is approached up a fairly steep hill (Mersey Street) from Borth-y-Gest harbour. The house is on the upper corner of the 1st left turn (Ralph Street) which is also up hill for the first part.
The main (front) door (770mm) is shown in the photograph and has a significant step from the slope of the hill plus a 60mm slate step in the doorway and a 60mm sill in the doorframe.
There is a side gate (740mm) in Ralph Street immediately to the left of the single storey extension in the photograph. This accesses the rear ground floor courtyard area and has no step but is variably sloping. From the courtyard there are double doors (1000mm) with a 170mm sill into the spacious extension. There is a 30mm step down into the small bathroom which has 700mm access but no special fixtures or fittings. There is level access from the extension to all the remaining ground floor with a 690mm doorway into the smaller lounge leading to a 700mm doorway into the front hall, a 700mm doorway opposite into the spacious dining room and a 800mm gap through to the rear kitchen. There is a 700mm back door into the house from the courtyard with a 80mm step down into the house and restricted access due to an upright support for the staircase. There are steep steps up to the main rear terraced garden.
There is level public parking in Glyn Terrace opposite the front door which allows level access to/from vehicles even when no spaces may be available.
